 Almost done with MBA but have H4B (dependent) Visa

Hi Guys,


I am doing MBA with concentration in accounting from a state university. I'll be done in summer.. There are many in school hiring  for intern by Big 4 and many other companies as well. Usually in Accounting field only the way I can ensure that I get job after graduation is intern, which I am not allowed to do.


So, I am turning in  to you guys for suggestion.


1. what should I start doing so that I can get a job after I graduate ??


2. Is there anyone with dependent visa still managed to get job.. what do you suggest that I should do ??


Please Please help....................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are in H4 visa then it is really tough to get work permit unless you husband or wife is applying for i-485. Other than that get job, apply for H1b and start working from october 2009.

I agreed with Saku's comment. Better to file H1B for April 1, 09 and movehead. Otherwise, it will very hard to get EAD.
