Neep help to get the ticket for Dec.

I'm also planning to visit Nepal in Dec. Any good deals?

It is expensive during Dec. 1800 + only.
Anybody has any information to get cheaper than that?

Normally during dec, after christmas (26th) onwards are better rates. This might be different this year.. but check with ur agent based on wide range to dates.

anyone flying on Dec 1st from JFK? ticket is reasonable for that period. its around 1500+

I bought one a couple of months earlier. However, I'm going to Delhi and then to Kathmandu. I know Delhi is supposed to be the airport to avoid, but I can't fork out so much extra money for a direct flight. I'm going through Helsinki and Delhi.

during dec air fare is comparatively expensive than other months of year.
we can only find the resonable price ie around 1300-1500 from either northeast coast or southwest coast.
so try to get the ticket from there and fly over there if you live in central part of US.
Thats what I did.
I got a ticket from JFK. which is around 1500. if I get from my place its 1900+.

Which travel agent did you go through? Is $1500 with or without tax?

depends when u r flying. the problem there is a long transit in Bangkok around 1 night.
