Anyone know any good website where I can get information on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) in Nepal for women? thanx!! really need your help here.. :S

Some 2 yrs ago during my internship at EEO office for DoD, i wondered whether Nepal has also same thing. I tried my best to find out but there is none. There is no separate Gov. establishment regarding EEO or AA in Nepal. However there are clauses that one can consider as EEO. Like women getting maternal leave of about 3 months.One cannot discriminate ppl by its caste but its all in book. As for resolving job dispute they just do it internally. Good luck if u do find one. If u find any plz post it here will be very grateful.
