IELTS score 5.5. Applying for U.S. Student Visa(Bachelor of Science in Nursing). Which Educational Consultancy shall we go in Kathmandu Valley? Any suggestions and recommendations?

Why do you want to go to consultancy and give away thousands of rupees for no reason. You should do some research on universities and try to see if you can apply for any scholarships.Most of the universities which consultancy applies are not well reputed. I would suggest to go for SAT 1 and even SAT 2, which will increase your chance for visa and scholarships in good universities. This is my advice, but your choice. Also check out nursing scope for F1 students. Not many organizations sponsor nurses for work visa.

I would repeat it again. If you are international student, Nursing would the worst subject you would ever chose. I am not sure why there are so much hype about nursing specially among nepalese girls.
Here is why Nursing career is bad for international students
1.) USCIS doesn't considers nursing as STEM degree. That means you can't file OPT extension
2.) You can't file H1b solely because you are RN. It's because to hold RN position you don't necessarily need BSN degree. Even an associate can be RN. Same is the case for GC.
3.) You will work as a donkey in graveyard hours and will be under paid
4.) Nursing is still considered hardest to enter and hardest to graduate but you have so much competition to get the job. All these nursing shortage are just propaganda spread by Brick and Mortar universities. There is absolutely no shortage of nursing in america.
5.) You will probably work in odd hours like during night and in weekend and will not have time to spend with your family and friends.
I can go on and on.
Unless you have strong desire to server other and doesn't care about any other thing like money, family then stay away from this profession. Of course there are pros too like you will know how to take care of your family in health wise but cons weights way more than pros. Gone are the days when Nursing was considered as golden career and you would be offered GC and job straight out of college. The market is overly populated by Filipino nurses. Don't believe me go to any hospital you will see tons of them,

Go to some good school and Nepal .trust me in 10 urs you will be better off and we'll established in your career while your counter part who chose to come America will be stressed out for gc and probably lying to land a temp contract job from Indian IT consultancy
