My initial TPS application from 2015 is still PENDING. Finally, I was asked for further evidence on OCT 2016(nearly a year), and i duly sent it as soon as possibly i could. I called uscis regrading my application, I was told to wait for an answer from uscis or wait for at least 3 months(standard waiting period). Then, i could move on from there. However the registration period will end on DEC 27 2016. I need best advice as possible on what i need to do regarding the application, before the deadline and after my application comes out approved or denied.

My Initial application for TPS is still pending never approved i talk with lawyer he told me file for reregistration even your initial application is still pending i apply couple of weeks before and i already got my recipt no for new reregistration so i guess you should apply for reregistration if you are confuse you can consult with lawyer.

Yes, I think you should apply for re-registeration even though your intial application is still pending, you can explain your situation in a separate piece of paper and attached it, this might also light your intial application. Good luck!

Biometric page passport
Citizenship card-both Nepali and English
Driving license
Birth Certificate

I-94 recent

Proof of continuous stay before June ?? , 2015

Telephone Bill
Gas-Electricity Bill
Bank Statement

Also, show that you are continuous residing in US with the same bill dated after June, 2015 to recent one.

Your previous TPS,765 receipt number and write a covering letter mentioning your pending TPS.

I821- 1.a or 1.b (Since, this is my reregistration and not initial application, quite confused)
I765- Current Immigration Status ( TPS pending??)

Also, we send fees for both biometrics and ead (i'm applying for ead as well)?
