You need to submit a case inquiry online which can be found just below your case updates.... Once you submit case inquiry, it will be assigned to a officer and it will be looked at pretty quick. Applied on 2nd week of Nov 2015, Fingerprint done on Dec 2015, EAD Card received on Jan 2016 and TPS approved on Sept 15, 2016. I didn't call or do anything. Good luck.
