Any help /suggestion,


Applying green card under EB3 for nurse(BSN) studied in US for nepalese origin. How long u guys think it takes for the process.

For BSN~ same as experienced RN:

1. No Labor Needed For Nurses (Saved 4-6-8 months)
2. I-140 Actual Petition for Green Card (1.5 years)
3. I-145 Obtaining Visa Number (1.5-2.0 years), priority date has to be current.

Total Approx. 3+ years for Nepali Nurse depending on US politics.

it will be more than three years. EB3 is still at 2002.
