 Judge Thompson decides future of Nepal, Hondurus and Nicaragua TPS

Judge Trina Thompson decided at 1:15pm Pacific Time (4:15 pm Eastern Time) that the final hearing for Nepal, Hondurus and Nicaragua TPS will be decided on January 22nd 2026. It will be the final hearing. TPS is extended till January 22nd 2026 (pending final decision then).

Don't believe in any fake news. Just go to the government/court sites and you will find out.

Does that mean our expired EAD is good until Jan 22, 2026? I wish there was something concrete to show my employer.
