to answer your Q, i go two times, once uthera, arko sutnu aghi. feels amazingly good to excrete before goin to bed..try it.

someday..i dont go at all..someday..3 4 times bro..ma pani pidit ho..achi is like death bro..kaha aucha kati bela aaucha thaha nai hudaina..

in fact, i asked this as I feel if you need to go to toilet more than 2 times a day, then it is a symptom of something wrong with the stomach...

Diarrea is defined as going rest-room more than three times a day. Three times a day is okay. do not worry.
