 First Time Traveller nees help -Anyone Traveling from KTM to Dallas via Heathrow on June 21

I need help for a first time traveler flying from KTM to Dallas via London and Bahrain on 21 of June. If  any Nepali is traveling same route I would really appreciate some help with this first time traveler.
