Who needs free Tibet? I guess we, Nepalese People, do not need. Why should we even to bother to care about Free Tibet?

As far as i Know, Tibet, China and Taiwan is all land that belongs to China and one China is policy of Nepal Government.

Give me one good reason to support your claim that Tibet belongs to China.

If You read history, there were thousands of kingdoms and in the process of war, they were annexed. We can feel sympathetic to Tibetans but China annexed Tibet almost 50 years back and now, it is part of China.

It is not colonisation. it was annexed after war with Tibet and now, I do not know what great purpose it serves asking for Free Tibet. That's my point.

I'm not sure if I got this right. But did you just say that Tibet as a country did not exist more than 50 years ago and it in fact comprised of thousands(that's too big of a number anyways) of kingdoms? Wow, where did you get this idea?I'm sure it was a Chinese source. Please check your facts properly.

It may not serve much purpose to us Nepalese of a free Tibet. But think of what the Tibetans in Tibet are going through. We should stop looking at things for our benefit.

WHATEVER HAPPEN TO TIBET, I FEEL THE PAIN OF NOT HAVING A COUNTRY. BUT LOOK AT THE REALITY IS IT POSSIBLE TO TAKE TIBET BACK FROM CHINA NOW. THEY DON'T GIVE A SHIT AND THE WORLD DON'T EITHER. IF TIBET HAD SOME NATURAL RESOURCES LIKE OIL GOLD THEN THE WORLD WOULD HAVE INTERVENE. I DON'T SEE FREE TIBET IN HORIZON. BUT KEEP ON TRYING THERE MIGHT BE SOME MIRACLE, GOOD LUCK.

I think we should raise a free Sikkim movement too. The government should not let them make Nepal a playground.

Tibet is completely different from China with its own culture.
jus by saying tht nepal support one china policy we shouldnt overlook a fact that they were forcefully taken by china as sikkim was taken by india...
they should be independent countries.......

ya pranay bro .i agree with you .aaru ko desh ko barema ma kura garnu bhanda pahile aafanai desh ko barema sochau? what do you think the tradition of pahadis and madhesis are different because of this shall we declare madhesh a free country.Tibet is a part of China like madhes a part of Nepal.may be the culture and tradition of tibet is differnet from other parts of China but they are too chinese.May be many countries will support Free Tibet movement but our Nepal will never suppport it.Our Nepal never wants any country to twist,because of I feel proud to be a Nepali.
