Hello,

Do we need to take labour certification from Ministry of Shraam mantralaya (ministry of labour) from Nepal while returning back to US ?

If, so where do we go and take it ? I mean do we go and take it ?? where is shraam mantralaya ??

If you are on H1b visa - U have to go to labour department - New Baneshwor - near pipal bot

Not a good experience with that office.

All officials in that office are corrupt. You wont get your work done - either you should know someone who works there or you need to pay them (~Min. 10 K NRS).

It begins from the main gate - there is a policeman standing at the gate, and he will start bargaining and promises you to 'do' your job in reasonable rate. Then go to any officials for info, they will openly talk about 'money'. One official told me his problem - that they have to pay NRS 10 lakh per month to Labor Minister and similar amount according to other ranks.

I strongly request you to take a spy cam and recorder there.
