From whatever jibrish you wrote, looks like you had a hit and run. (Your car was hit, if im getting you properly), file a hit and run case with your insurance company. The deductible will be high, most cases its like 500 to 1000 dollars. If the damage is pretty serious file the claim if its less than 500, suck it up and fix it some where  mex or dhoti place cheap without telling the insurance and including on the vehicle history.

Minor accidents, take it to a THOKThak place otherwise report to your insurance you will be getting money to fix it after deducting your deductible and your choice either fix it or just do the thokthak and save the money or fix it by an auto-body shop. the check will cover the most expense. 

or if its like old cars before 2000 trust me don't repai drive it that way waste of money when i first had honda civic 95 i spent 2 grans to repair fenders and headlights and al and all and again wrecked that car and sold it for 200 to junkyard, now i have another one so u know what i mean
