You dont need anything special..
1. Grind some mustard(Tori)
2. Cut some chillis(Khursani) if you like..
3. Add Turmeric Powder(Haldi) that's it
and of-course Salt...
That's it..

As you said, get some riped(yello) cucumber, Bahaira ko bokra lie halka khurkiyou then cut it into pieces removing all the GUDI and then dry for a day. Do not overdry too.
Then cut the kakro into square piece. Add timmur, hariyoo katako khursani, marich, normal tarkari spices, besar, salt, red khursani ko dhulo and tel (tori). Mix it very well and put it in bowl for about 30 min. Then water starts coming then put it into bottle, add some more tori ko oil at the top of bottle until all the kakro in under liquid or oil then birko lie tight gari lagayou and place it in sun. It'll be ready to go in about 12 days, if you dont like too sour but takes 3 wks or so if you like sour.
Enjoy !
