some super wal mart carries grounded chicken. so check it out

If you live in Any state with a China town like Boston , NY ,CA.etc ....then look for the store SUPER 88 ..especially in(Boston MA)....or market basket has good ground chicken.....NATRA BHANE get chicken and start chopping with two chinese cleaver..........jati dukha garyo momo banauna ...jhan mitho hunchha kya.

Jucy MO:MO:

Meat of your kind.

Garlic and Ginger.

Red Onion.

Some Ghee and warm Mustard oil.

Chilly powder.

Salt.


For the smell there is a type of grass (not green onion) you can buy in Oriental Grocery Store. It looks like green onion but its not.

It gives you the real smell of nepal ko momo. This gives the real taste of the MO MO. Look in the greens isle.

 

FOR ACHAR:

 

Fried red tomatoes. Add Ginger and garlic.

 

Fry teal[seesame seeds] (for just few min).

 

In the blender, blend tomatos with salt, chilli powder, and the seesame seeds and then add little bit of lime juice and some cilantros [dhaniya].

Freak man!! I nearly chewed off my monitor after looking at those momo's pic!  Talk about photography and stuff!

For veggie momo, substitue the meat mentioned in the receipes' above with boiled potatoes and cowliflower, made into a paste like thing with momo masala. Personally, I don't think veggie momos can taste as great as the real ones!

picture of fresh momos should be banned in sajha because it makes your mouth watery and also makes you feel like going home every day.

I totally agree with mathi ko bro..pictures should not be allowed and banned.
