It seems, that Maoist+UML+other left make 2/3rd majority. That is NC and other anti-left make less than 1/3rd. So, the CA will be dictated by RED agenda.

Proportional is calculated not just by the percentage of votes secured but by some averaging method so there could be some minor adjustments you might need to do. Other than that, I think your analysis is fair enough. Nepali voters have voted intelligently.
