 labor clarification from Nepal after H1B stamp

i read somewhere in sajha that we need to get some kind of letter from labor department of nepal after gettingH1b stamp from nepal. i would appreciate if you guys can let me know the process and where to go to do this process and cost associated with it. thanks.

i still have to get mine, so this lacks detail. just a rough picture.

you need to get a "sticker" from some Shram Karyalaya behind National Trading Limited (NTL) in Teku (go towards Teku Dovan from NTL). after you get your visa stamped, you need a contract with the employer, a doctor's certificate and proof of insurance from Rastriya Beema Sansthan. you may need more documents if you have not been abroad before.

cost:
insurance - Rs. 1,430 (for one year)
Shram Karyalaya fee - Rs. 1,500
medical - variable
