I wanted some help in my job. It is about FORMS in insurance domain. I don't know any other meaning than its generic forms used in designing. It could mean Acord form, Annuities form or it could be acronym or any other thing. The project is about FORMS requirement, analysis, design and testing. Its urgent for me to know. Your help would be much appreciated.
