1. take a one day unilimited ride metro ticket.
2. go to akihabara, if interested in cheap electronic goods
3. view of tokyo city from metropolitan government building in Shinjuku for free!!!

i am in tokyo. nepalese are everywhere. if you go to an indian restaurant just shout something in nepali and one or the other guy will poke his/ her head out of the kitchen and reply you. start from shinju-ku am sure you'll find some there.
