This topic might have been raised before but I couldn't find the answer I was looking.
Has anyone on TPS invited their parents to US for visit purpose?
What documents we need to get the visa approved?
Should we mention 'to see new born baby' as a reason for visit if that is one of the reasons? Or should we not mention new baby arrival in the visa application at all?
Looking for suggestions.

If they cant get the visa on their or merit, its highly likely that they will be denied visa, since you dont have a proper status here. TPS is just temoporary. Doesnt hurt to try though. Tourism might be a valid reason, new born baby wont be a good reason as it implies they might be coming to care for the child and its against the visa rules to work. Even in your home. Hi there, I was just wondering did your parents end up getting a visitor visa while you are in TPS status?
