I need some help or views regarding obamacare for TPS recipients.

Since the enrollment period for obamacare is over for 2015, do we qualify for the Special Enrollment Period for gaining "lawful presence in the U.S." status?
I've been out of status. If possible I want to buy the Gold or Platinum plan under obamacare and take care of some lingring health problems. That way I only have to pay higher monthly premium for the rest of this year instead of the whole of 2016. But, since I haven't paid taxes (i.e. my income is $ 0) can I even buy bronze or silver plan?
Do you have to make at least $11,670 (for a single individual) to be able to buy insurance at all? Or is that only the limit for government assisted low premium? I just want to be able to buy gold or platinum plan and am not necessarily looking for government assistance.
Anybody with more knowledge about health insurance or obamacare, please share your knowledge. If you have any suggestions or views to share please feel free. Your thoughts would be much appreciated.

Wow what a big relief earthquake victims of nepal are getting cause of TPS. This reminded me of all lobbying going on for TPS for the sake of earthquake victim in Nepal . Now people have to fund your insurance also from their Tax dollar .

I am just trying to find out if we will be able to buy insurance for the rest of 2015 or have to wait till 2016. I clearly said I'm not looking for government assisted lower premium, just trying to buy insurance like everybody else.
Btw I think it's safe to say most, if not all, Nepalis in th US (and other countries) are doing our best to help our families and friends back home. TPS definitely has its benifits but also opens legal avenues to do the same for people who are out of status and flexibility for people who already are in status. Please don't rush to be a hater.

Obamacare itself is tax dolor funded, weather you take any extra subsidy or not. If you really don't wanna take any assistance go for private insurance.

And TPS helping earthquake victims, sorry I ain't buying it, I dint then, I won't now. All these TPS thread is making clear who get helped by TPS.

@Dtown: I work for the state government and I can explain what I know. It depends on the state you reside in. There are some state which have their own State Based Marketplace (SBM) and there are other which rely on Federally Facilitated Marketplace(FFM). If your state has SBM then you cannot buy insurance through FFM. Either way here are some of the ways you can buy insurance outside of open enrollment period:
Life events that may qualify you for a Special Enrollment Period
Getting married
Having a baby
Adopting a child or placing a child for adoption or foster care
Losing other health coverage
Moving to a new residence
Gaining citizenship or lawful presence in the U.S.
Leaving incarceration
(Source: https://www.healthcare.gov/coverage-outside-open-enrollment/special-enrollment-period/)
If you change your address and apply for insurance either through FFM or SBM, you should be able to enroll outside open enrollment period and can get covered for rest of 2015.
[Note: Open enrollment for 2016 starts on November 1st, 2015 i.e. you can enroll for a plan for 2016]

@Meraj: It is hard to find health insurance coverage if you are outside of open enrollment even through private insurance company and even if you do, it is very expensive. I believe that's the reason @Dtown is looking if he qualifies for Special Enrollment so that he can at least purchase a health insurance. And to be clear, qualifying for Special Enrollment doesn't mean that you qualify for government assistance. It means that you can buy insurance for the current year.
