Dear Nation Loving Nepalese,

I have heard enough crying of Anti, hope you all have too! I just finished watching King's interview following his trip to different parts of Nepal. I have found him to have a much greater understanding of Nepal and Nepali people's needs than any other so called "democratic leaders" of our country.

I was wondering, if anyone would be interested to welcome our King in NY. Just like when people in Germany didn't protest against the Nazis, they were considered pro-nazis. Our silence is not our weakness, but actions do speak louder than words.

Those in East Coast, I urge you to make your presence felt. I do not want to follow the political leaders because I do not plan to become a minister or an ambassador.
Peace is patriotic. I say yes to national interests and interests of the poorest people of my country.

Let's all realize we are all Nepalese. We all love Nepal. Lets give King a CHANCE. Let's welcome our King and let him know we do stand by him and our country as true nation loving Nepalis.

I think only the people who are directly involved with the Durbar (palace) and people who are rich because of tax evasion and corruption will actually support the king or else people who have an IQ of 80 will actually support the king.

I'm guessing the people who support the king here in sajha are the sons/daughters of some CDO/Road Mantri/ Engineer/Contractor who happened to amass a lot of wealth during the panche mandale period and their good times are rolling once again after gyane took the power. They have no idea and don't even care what the present situation of the country is outside Kathmandu.

Millions spent in Travels, Jaguars, Rolls Royces in a country where people don't even get to eat is totally shameful. Yeah right!! Gyane and his chamchas do think about Nepal. What a pride in driving a rolls royce in a country where there are no roads. That should be in the Guiness book of world records.

Seems like a tough job to me. Travelling hours in a first class flight and staying at a luxury suite in a five star hotel. Not to talk about cocktails and all the shopping with a million dollar travelling budget.

Here are couples of things why Mao and Monarchy are not different from each other.
Both Mao and monarchy supporters thinks their leaders don?t make mistakes and both Mao and monarchy supporters can?t handle criticism of their leaders
I have spoken lots of people who wants to go to NY rally but scared because they think themselves and their families might be target in Nepal? by govt? In fact some monarchist supports have been putting that kind of message here..
So now what is difference between Mao and Monarchy if they both used brutal tactic to control people

Who says nepal is a poor country????? IMPOSIBLE!!! If there are 11 karor RS. set aside just for the US trip for the king? Who can say that is the budget of the poor country?/

Where there are so many people do not have two time nun-bhat to feed to their kids just to stay alive. This guy is spending a huge amount of sum just to show the world his double face. He says something and do somthing.

There are many few schools in Nepali rural parts and some of them are either converted into military base or Maoist base and in the other hand this guy is spending that much money?? It should not be acceptable at all. The same amount of money can be use for the develpoments of country.

Well, I know it take a lot of money for the royal visit but don't you t hink this is too much???? 11 caror that is way more than even George bush could spend for his bidesh bramamn. And he represent the richest country on the palnet so I think nepal is ever richer than America!!!

People here have knack of going right to the family when they do not agree, so I meant lets not bring any examples of the family. You have every rgihts to express your views. But I am a goal oriented person. First of all we need to calerly define our goals and work for that, thats what I meant.

In my view solution is republican democracy,,,,,where all ordinary people people can be head of state if people choose him or her?..and same time they could kick him her out if they found his/her unsuitable to lead?

In 21st century for me it is inane to accept anyone as head of state because he/she comes from certain clan or family.
