Cases of rape are very very difficult, for the prosecutor,especially, as many of them come down to he-said-she-said type of deal. I bet my bottom dollar that this Nepal dude will get off scot free for lack of evidence. But he's a rapist in my eyes. A RAPIST!!!!

I can't understand the fact the there is some teen aged girl that is raped and you and your attitude seems to have yet to see past your lusts. Even with the disgusting fact that the raper was a Nepali, I still think he should get punished for that and law-enforcement is required to do so. What amazes me the most is that we come half way across the globe to pursue our carrer in this world but people can't get past their filthy lusts. Isn't there any moral left? there cannot be any stricter law in US for molestation than it is ..A guy accused of such thing cannot even live in certain county..trust me ..it is the worst thing for person ..yet there are pros and cons of it.A person would never be able to lead a normal life even he has changed.

The law cannot always prevent everything and anything.Law is blind ..it requires evidence but in such cases as rape ..he said she said story..often she said is heavier.

Rapist should be punished and they also need therapy but sometimes it is hard for guy even if the guy is innocent to come out of such accusation.
