Why are so many Nepali girls stupid? They don't seem to have any clue about anything. I think that is one of the reason Nepal is so backward. It's because most nepali gals are stupid. They say behind every successful man is a woman, but due to lack of smart women, Nepali men haven't been able to be successful and that is why Nepal is so backward.

It's sad that people don't understand 'generalization'. I'm saying in general I've found Nepalese girls to be a little stupid.

Some have agreed with me some have disagreed with me and I respect that.

But for people who have dragged in my family, i have a question for them - if someone said there are a lot of whores in Nepal it doesn't mean your family is full of whores ok?

While ratobhaley failed to phrase the statement properly, I think his meaning was perfectly clear and to the truth. Most(again, I am saying most) Nepali women do not care about the outside world and general information as much as men do or even the foreigners(women) do.

Level of intelligence? I don't know about that, but definitely the zeal and the capacity to learn might have been affected by so many things going on around their mind at any time.

So, while making generalizations might not be a good idea, it is no hidden truth that most nepali women love to be in the cave...free from outside information.

Again, this is from my personal experience...my gf also doesn't care about the outside world. Well, I don't really care that she do, but it is always a good idea to be aware of things going on around the world.

Not being interested in Politics and Religion does not equal = stupid.

There are broadly 3 types of Nepali girls in the US:

1. Pakhey girls. Not meant in derogatory terms but meaning they haven't been outside of their village much, or went to not so priviledged school will minimal english and they suddenly get a chance to go to the US. Once in the US, they either remain pakhey and chose to stay as a gyani housewife, or they want to explore the outside world. They are bombarded with so much that it's hard for them to keep their balance. End product is mostly too much lipstick/makeup and choice of dress and perfume that's likely to make any sane man puke or make a run from it. They will want to show off their english accent which hurts the ears and is enough to give a case of Hagne lai bhanda dekhne lai laaj. They will have very minimal interest in the outside world and mostly interested in making some money. There will be some exceptions who go through school and make an intelligent lass out of themselves.

2. Not so pakhey girls. These girls have had a taste of developed cities in Nepal. Possibly went to a good 'english medium' school. These girls don't have much interest in outside world. One of their main intention is to find a good man for them who will take care of them. They will party a lot but you'd be lucky to get on the first base with them unless you have some remote prospect of giving them a good life. As with everything there will be exceptions you might be one of the exceptions.

3. Smart ones. These are girls who are well aware of things going on in the world and locally too. They are good talkers and good listeners too. You do see *some* of them in sajha *wink* *wink*

I agree with hottie that getting not interested in politics and religion doesn't mean that they're not smart. So the title of thread should be something like 'why nepali girls don't show much interest in current affairs'.

Not only nepali girls, girls from other parts of the world also show least interest in these issues. But that doesn't mean that they're stupid. We just have different interests.

My question to girls goes something like this:
Most of nepali girls are religious like idol worshipping, praying, and fasting stuffs. But why you are least interested in spiritualism, or any other philosophic discussions.

If a man want to be successful he doen't need ANYONE behind him, as long as he has the motivation to do what it takes. Now if Nepali man as lazy and always expecting a women to be behind them, then its not he women's fault. He who wants to be, will be what he wants!! So all you STUPID men stop blaming and start claiming!!
