As we all know circumcision is a surgical procedure that involves removal of the foreskin of the penis, and i assume that nepalese do not go through this procedure. What i am asking is, does anybody know that circumcision make any differences in sexual ability and pleasure. A 19 year old confused uncircumcised virgin want some information.

circumcision prevents penis cancer, smegma in uncircumcised penis acts as a carcinogen , and there are numerous medical advantages. except people like Birbhadra who has little knowledge can give why only 16 more than 100 stupid point to support unnecessary cause.

if that is the case then women should be circumcised too because smegma is also produced by the underlying membrane of prepuse that covers clitoris.
do you know most of the penile cancer patient were tobacco users?

Birbhadra is right. There is no scientific proof that circumcision is beneficial to health. Of course you have to keep your weewee clean, but that goes for both circumcized and uncicumcized weewees.

Plus, I laugh at people who come to open forum like this and claim that he or she is a doctor. It's like we used to say when we were little, "mero ghar ma ta soon ko haatti cha."

As Dr. Manish by himself mentioned that : Health plans do not cover the cost of circumcision, as they consider it to be a cosmetic procedure with no proven health benefit.

Have you done it by the way Manish md?

BTW i do not need to provide sources for logical things. i will however post links and resources in coming days whenever deemed necessary.

and please please do answer questions before you post anythin. Firstly answer on the need of Circumcision on men and not in women: they both produce "smegma" which according to you is a carcinogen.

You want answer here it goes, u need answer for smegma as a carcinogen. You need to provide sources for what u speak, u asked me I am providing coz medicine is practised as evidence based now adays. As far is smegma question goes here I am sending you the latest up todate in medicine as of 06-06-2006.I am also sending you the studies that were done

Smegma — Smegma begins to form in the first few days of life as the result of desquamation of epithelial cells in the preputial sac; secretions from preputial glands also contribute. Smegma is carcinogenic, although the specific component of smegma responsible for malignant transformation in men is unclear. Mycobacterium smegmatis, a bacterium present in the preputial sac of about one-half of uncircumcised men, may convert sterols in smegma into carcinogenic compounds [32,33]. In uncircumcised men, the retention of smegma, particularly in the presence of phimosis, may promote malignant transformation by direct contact with chronically irritated epithelium .

Manish md, I have learned that in Africa women also do get their ....circumcised, do that also help to prevent penile cancer?

you stll evaded the question if smegma is carcenogenic why women do not need to circumcise then?
it is the same scientists that said margarine was a good thing a decade ago and now they are saying we have doubts about transfats (margirine is one).

you see most nepali are not circumcised how many had penile cancer? in britain they have stopped this practice and most europeon countries as well. America is conservative and want to retain its old traditions that is why it is more prevalent here.

the thread was about whether circumcision was necessary: hiprock asked:" What i am asking is, does anybody know that circumcision make any differences in sexual ability and pleasure. A 19 year old confused uncircumcised virgin want some information. "
The answer is yes it screws your nerves and affects your well being as far as sexuality is concerned.

Aba cancer nai hune bhayeni there are other things too so just start chopping off everything?

Birbhadra ,
I have given you the latest information from WWW.UPTODATE.com which is endorses protocol set up by all the medical professional organizations.Plz Plz Plz don't give me site like motheragainstcircum.site. give me one evidence based medicine. and plz don't do personal attack, if ur unhappy with circumcision its fine, but still majority of the doctors still feel good things about circumcision.
and as far as the smegma article of mine its taken by uptodate.com, which is again endorses by American society of Urology and all the societies of medicine.
