Countrymen ( and women alike), Let's be honest to accept that CoAS Katawal do have some mettel and is courageous. So far, he is the only Nepali to effectively counter the Maoist hegemony in the 'almost failed' state of Nepal. However, given the shameless manipulation and display of 'wickedness' by the Maoists, its uncertain how long Katawal will be able to hold his grounds. You may say, the row between the army and the Maoists is to blame for the Maoists 'highhandedness' and Katawal's 'rigidness'. However, being honest, Katawal is the now the last line of defense before the Maoist crooks ( and they are crooks) overwhelm all the state structures and rule of law in Nepal. How so? I am not going to answer in this short thread, we can debate this for days. Lets hope something charismatic happens and Pashupatinath will prevent the Maoist clowns from removing Katawal from his post. Man, politicizing the Nepal Army and bringing it under 'total' maoist control will be to uproot the last standing pillar of our 'dillapidated' homeland. And, I am expecting honest views and criticisms as well, please this is a very sensitive topic that can affect all Nepalese, home and abroad. Please use other threads to post your comments that is not pertaining to the topic of this discussion. 'May the lord pity the Nation'

Politicians spoke too much never did a single good. we need somebody who is patriotic Yes he was under gyanendra then (it is his job and his fellow youg are giving security to prachanda and maoists ministers now) but now he is More loktantrik than prachande or he is more concerned towards civilian supremacy than dinanath sharma or baburam bhattarai. Tudikhel is not the only nepal sacrificing themselves to save patients and hospital from ramechap fire is what you do to respect civilian supremacy. Prachanda had false promishes to his PLA cadres (many minors there) that he would make them nepalese army. and nowhe know they are not fit for the army as per standard regulations so he is using this dirty politics to save his shit faced image among his cadres. If anyone disagrees with me on this i will delete your post.

Politicians, who themselves dont understand, are using the word Federalism to fool Nepali people. They have no vision no idea whatsoever they are shouting in tudikhel or reporters club. Whole bunch of corrupts (i guess 601), doing tandap nritya in Birendra international convension centre everyday. Nothing productive, loss of countrys budget, peoples taxes. utilizing their position for unnecessary foreign visitThis whole political drama is bullshit. Say no to Federalism
Chitra Bahadur K.C. President Rastriya Janmorcha Nepal Why you are against the system of Federalism? K.C: Federalism affects negatively the Nepali nationality, territorial integrity and sovereignty. Thus we are against possible division of the country into several federal units. Is there any threat, you perceive, to the existence of Nepal if federalism is adopted? K.C: It is not that immediately after adopting federalism there will be a threat to the existence of Nepal as a nation-state as such but much ahead of the country being declared a federal state, the seeds to split the county have already been sown. The country has already unfortunately seen communal riots of the frightening order and in addition the Tarai and the Pahad stand already divided. The Madhesis and the Pahadiyas have already begun fighting in the Tarai. Much prior to accepting Federalism constitutionally, the country is already on the verge of a vertical and horizontal split, just guess what impact it would bear when adopted both in letter and spirit. Do you think that the country is already in the course of a split? K.C: Yes, the country is already in the stated course as questioned by you. And, this is not something invisible but it is already there for all to see. Even naked eyes can see it and observe this unfortunate trend. What could be done then to save the country? K.C. Unitary system with autonomy to local administrative organs is the best solution and I stand to it. Linguistic communities and ethnic communities must exercise their rights freely but not by threatening the sovereignty and territorial of the country. Not only the Maoists but the Nepali Congress must deviate from their demands for Federalism. The country must not adopt this system of governance at all. What are your programs ahead in this regard? K.C: Our programs will be a peaceful one. We are organizing various programs. Our bounden duty is to make people aware of the fallacies that lay in federalism. We will try our best to garner people’s support. The Ruling Maoist party is in a mood to ban and issue orders against those who are against the federal system of governance in the country? K.C: They also say that they will abide by the rule of law. No one can stop people from exercising their rights, to speak, to write and to hold public meetings. On the one hand, they say that they will abide by rule of law and on the other, threaten ban order, this is in itself is self contradictory. This move is, let me say frankly, based on totalitarian mindset. However, make it sure that Janmoracha Nepal does not fear such threats. We will proceed come what may. You are being alleged as Royalists by the Maoists? K. C. Those who launched the people’s revolt with the very support from the King with the aim to demolish democratic setup have no right to make such baseless claims and allegations. Former royalists are to be found in the Maoist camp now, thus the Maoist can not even forward the claim that they are communists in real sense of the term as such. We do not take their irrelevant and whimsical comments seriously. We are on the other hand taking the agenda for republican order for long and we always favor national unity. This is our prime objective. Your party is in the same position as you were a decade ago, they are now leading the government? Aren’t you left behind? K.C. The price paid by the nation is too high. Some 14 thousand innocent and precious lives and 6 billion rupees plus worth infrastructure destroyed by the Maoists to lead the government in Kathmandu. We did not want to do that, honestly speaking. And we do not take this as their achievement either. We do not want to achieve any thing at the cost of our nationalism with the blessings from the imperialists and the expansionists that the Maoists are presumed to have garnered in the process. Anybody can understand the eagerness in removing katuwal eventhough his tenure is about to end. The reason is another guy called Khadga who is second to Katuwal is supposed to be pro maoist. Maoist want to put him in place of Katuwal. But problem for maoist is that Khadga himself has only one month or so left in his tenure. So they want to remove Katuwal as soon as possible and keep khadga in his place. Intresting this is khadga himself is one of the cluprit for Janandolan 2 just like Katuwal. That means Maoist leader damn care about jana andolan 2 . They only want their supporter in the job. Just look how many royalist has gone to maoist party. Katuwal jana andolan 2 ko doshi ho bhane Khadga chahi kina hoina. Maoist just want this jana andolan 2 word for their advantage.

thats the difference bro! we guys think they gonna help...we suppose they are now appearing to lift the nation in this kind of situation....but....they make a joke to our all expectation.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,if they were really a good piece of shit, they could have make a cooperation with Maoist at the time when they made team of govt. cause AT that time congress didnt found good position of ministers. ....NOw look at this MAOISTS ...this govt. was established to make a new constitution in a democratic way...but not to play politics on army.,,,this is what I think what I analyzise being Nepalese citizen ..jai nepal!

Nepalese are just a dolls who dance in snapping of dictators...fools....ha ha ha proof: 1) they were exploited by king for 250 years. 2) they were again exploited by Rana's and army personnels. 3) about 5 decades back , Group of people...( new exploiters i.e. politician leaders ) started exploiting them for more than half century and they started buying mahals, cars, visited 205 countries, and utilized nepalese. 4) Again, New star, Gyanendra, parash and his relatives exploited for about 5 years and deposited millions of wealth in Swiss Bank and started driving lamborgini.. 5) Now Again new dictator Prachanda and his fellow people are dictating nepal. 6) Again people started cheering with Nepal armies one of the most corrupted arsholes, who are right hand of Gyanendra Bir Bikram Shah,...fools. 7)once again Girija will rise and rule nation and make enough wealth for Sushil koirala and other relatives. Finally , Nepal is going to be like 22 or 24 rajyas like it was before prithivi narayan shah united them and each will have their fellow rulers. bahun rajya, newar rajya, chaudari rajya, chepang rajya, sherpa rajya , lama rajya, magar rajya, etc...

Nobody is milk bathed in Nepal, Neither prachanda nor Katuwal, Gyanendra, Girija, or Makune. Prachandra killed 15,000 so did Katuwal. Katuwal is/was right ball(s) of Gyanendra/Birendra and now right ball of Indian Ambassador. I see the future, God (if there any) forbids, Nepal will be like Sri Lanka.
