How to report the Indian IT consultancies to INS?

I have known several Indian IT consultancies who have been doing mail fraud and other illegal activities to file H1b visas reducing the chance for real applicants who are qualified and deserved it. There are also several other consultancies besides the companies which ICE has raid few weeks ago. If you came across to know the names of such consultancies, I would like to request you write down their names, so other Genuine Nepali students will get the chance to file H1.

i'm also going to report a indian company in dallas but i'm scared coz there are some neplese guys and girls who work in thatcompany too. I don't want to get them in troble but i hate that company.

plz go file frud to all indian consultancies for helping nepali people in getting h1 and gc. also plz report to ins for all the resturant, gas station, grocery store, motel/hotel, subway, quiznos, dunkin donuts etc owened by indian because they are employing nepali brothers and sisters illegally. also plz report to ins for all the indian people for employing nepali people as baby sister, house maid etc illegally. wah wah what a smart ass.

i think this is the right thing to do. Most indians have used us in one way or other. so if you think you know they are doing a  fraud then it wont be any wrong doing by calling the ins or labor department. I have known some of my friends already called the authority for some of the consultancies. They called the authority because they were being abused by these consultancies. So step ahead and do the bold thing. It is not just about green card and h1 . They used us because they know that we are weak and we are simple and straight person. Dont ever think they gave us the opportunity because they liked us. The only thing they like is money. Everything else for them is business. So go ahead and do the right thing.

Cheating .. Fraud is no where accepted .. Even there are Nepali Involved .. There is No shortcut .. That is why there are rules, laws to follow..

I don't accept any kind of fraud .. Cheating .. and If I know that kind of fraud even by my family .. I will fight against it ..

True satyam I totally agree with u. Their is no short cut. yup their might be some few who r benefiting from these indian consultancies, but there r many who r affecting from them too . Once being affected are those who is trying their best and not taking the wrong path. Not just the indian consultancies but report the neplease consultancies too if u know them. I hate these who r folowing the indian path. See the country what's happening becoz of the parents like yrs who is following the indian politics in nepal and kissing their ass.

Thanks for the link of indian consultancy. i will start calling all of them. Have to save my status.

khushboo is an indian name. satyam suvam is an indian name. i understand indians screwed up the h1b system. so can you guys complain about the major indian consultancies? no nothing will happen to the big Indian consultancies, you know why cuz they supply cheap IT labor.. and corporate America loves it just like it loves cheap call center labor in India. General Americans may not like it but they're usually unheard of by the corporates.

Khusboo, not everyone's lucky to get a green card like you. and people who  join IT consultancies are also Nepali students who go to college for 4/5 years, but no body wants to sponsor h1b right now..i don't know why are you being so cocky for being a nurse.. i don't see any pride on telling someone " push " " push" or to collect poop.. it's your choice to become a nurse same as it's their choice to become IT personnel.. respect and you be respected... and btw, i know very well how they treat foreign nurse like you at hospitals..

guys guys.. as according to all the comments.. I am not going to report any of the indian IT consultancies cuz in any way or other they are helping NEPALESE Student. I don't think they will respond my report based on my judgement.

Are we going to complain about Indian restaurants and gas stations too? The are the one who exploits most by paying montly wages and making people work 100s of hours every week. These indian restaurants even take the tip money from their workers. These gas stations pays only minimum wage to its employees.
