Hello Guys,
My parents and younger brother recently got their visa stamped through diversity visa lottery. Although the intention was to get my younger brother here and not worry about immigration issues for him like I have to do in every step of my life, few things I have learnt might be helpful if you guys are knowledgeable.

Both my parents are working in government service in Nepal and both of them are retiring soon. They are planning to spend their retirement in Nepal and are not coming to US, although they are willing to maintain their visa if they could sponsor me. I've heard that in the State of Colorado and DC, people who are 60 years of age receive some kind of monthly welfare for being unemployed. True?
