Is there any H1 updates/news. I haven't heard anything abt my case. Advance/Premium/VSC. When asked to lawyer abt the updates they said they have not got any information from them till this time.Neither my check was cashed nor i got any number/letter regarding H1. Does that mean i am not selected?? No Worries..But What are the best alternatives if not selected. Do you have any idea on colleges near NY,MA which will provide CPT right away(40 hrs) per week. If my company is willing to sponsor GC to me then how should i proceed..like thru EB3 or any other way so that i don't have to leave this work and i'll escape from status problem. Is there any other better options that i can go through if not H1. Help me out please. Thankx

It may not sound good to you but I don't think there is any hope for you now since your case was premium processing. In advanced degree there was a high chance of getting selected but..
I don't want to generalize but in some cases some companies haven't even filed for the h-1bs even if they say they did, just check to make sure.
About the colleges, you can try Goldey Beacom College in Delaware and University of Northern Virginia,VA.
good luck.

another thing, since you have US masters, file under EB-2 in GC, depends upon service center but if it is in mid-west, you can get the GC within a year.

I don't think you can find it out yourself if your case wasn't selected. If your company lawyer co-operates with you then you can at least know that your case was received from the fedex tracking number that they have.
