I feel that eKantipur.com is degrading day by day.. the site do not open during the prime time.. thats from early morning till noon US time .. and in the evening when they are updating news.. More over there are lots of glitches in kantipur website these days.. and they don't even care to correct the mistakes..  And they claim to be nepal's no.1 news portal.. (thats what titlle bar states..) .. One of the current mistake..

They do not seem to know the difference between Rato Machhindranath and Seto.. When I read this news for first time I was shoked how Rato Machhindra nath was pulled all the way to Ratnapark from Patan.. but then I knew they were talking about Seto Machhindra nath..

This news http://www.kantipuronline.com/kolnews.php?nid=143835 was posted few days back and now moved to other headlines in front page.. and the following was on today's Headline..

Both news are there in home page .. one correct and the other incorrect.. but still they do not care to correct.. do they have no proof readers or what? How can I rely on news by Kantipur if they have such mistakes..

Or, may be they are playing with Maoist balls due to their recent win in election... what the hell man, they gotta save their balls too -- may be they were thinking "let's call everything red, including Seto Machindranath"... They might even call a Seti anchal a Raato Anchal, Seti Khola a Raato Khola... Diamond Shamsher's seto baagh a raato baag, hell, they might even see dharahara, singhadurbar, ghantaghar red pretty soon.

kantipur is like CPN UML. They underestimate others, overestimate themselves and at the end, devoid of substance. Is this news portal to impart information to public or a commercial site to earn that too using excessive google adsense?

During busy hours, it hardly opens and their updates are also overhyped sometimes.
