To be honest. if you are using as suike told, they are crappy websites. What happens if you watch from a DVD. The sites are so full of shits these days I don't even recommend visiting them. Btw, check your browser Cache ( space, see if its too low) then you may be downloading some movies and once it starts getting full your comp becomes slow. Clear your cache, Use firefox :D ctrl + alt + delete, see what process is using the most memory ( PF memory)

Trojan does not get completely removed until the hard drives are completely formatted. It can however be quarantined (freeze) - can use bit defender internet security 2008 (that's what I use ) and I know it detects and freezes trojans

There are two ways to remove trojan vundo. 1. Reformat your hard drive with new Windows XP or Vista CD. 2. i) Locate all the infected files using virus scan or fixvundo tool that you can download from online. ii) Use a boot CD like dos boot or MiniPE and access C drive and remove each and every instance of Vundo. Remember Vundo may have an entry in your DLL Cache folder. Remove if the instance of Vundo is there, as it will recreate vundo files in your computer. Good luck.
