Prashant's UK tour tickets are priced at £18 ($36) advance and £22 ($44) at the door. Since he has already  performed in US, I wanted to know from the people who has been to his concert to give their honest opinion whether it was worth the money or not. And how much did you pay in the US? I think £22 for town hall concert is way too much. I once paid £25 to see A R Rahman at Wembley Arena and have been to few others (international  stars concert) for under £30. All Nepali Artist like 1974 AD, Nepathya, Sabin Rai etc concert were priced under £10 (in some places with food or snacks). I am very reluctant to pay the money but if the concert will be worth every penny then I will not mind.

NOT WORTH IT. He is no Zeppelin, Stones, or U2.

Besides big portion of $$$ is going to Indian Idol(heard it through the grapevine that they were asking $12000 per show).

Just like American Idol pockets 75% of the profit raked in by its so called artists(Karaoke Singers).

I think people paid $60 for VIP seating, regular $40. I don't think that's worth, at least for me, just to listen hindi songs, some other singer's nepali songs. Recently been to the Boys 2 Men in live, just paid $45 + drinks for myself. I would say we supported him during his Indian idol journey, that's all, however paying $60 for his concert is just girl thing.

I rather donate my money to the needy than waste my money by going to that concert.

Donate that money for a poor but genius student of nepal. it could be money for stationaries for a year.

Earlier, hundreds of thousands nepali rupees went to indian mobile companies at the cost of Prasant's vicotry.. - That's fine. Now NO MORE MONEY FOR INDIAN COMPANIES PLEASE.. DO PAY TO SONY TV your hard earned money..

Gaye bhai halyo ni..... Why did u people support him when he was fightign for the tiltle.... We Nepalese are being too much selfish hai....prashant tamang is the person whom we all believed.... I'd have paid even it was more than that.....And what the hell u people talking abt donating. DO U ALL REALLY DONATE UR MONEY???? I have a doubt. It is so sad that we are just using Prashant as a means as we have ego problem with India or we simply hate India...

I paid $50.00 for the ticket here in atlanta.If  he would get  the money which i paid i would not mind to pay even more then that but he is not getting it.If i pay for him it worths.He is a cool guy. I appreciate his art.(same ticket was for sale in half on the show day). Now im feeling i paid too much coz i didnot paid to see his art rather for sony business so im regarating now. Now u guess How it is?
