It's the self-analysis, only which can bring peace to Nepal.

that doesn't make sense you're saying you're proud Rai but then you're saying you don't give a damn abut "jat". So why would you be proud if you don't give a damn abut "jat"! hmm...! :) :)

Those people who always talk about bahun and other jaati you all sucks!!! Those uneducated people in the village are much open minded than you are. At least they ( most of them) know that all human are same and they behave better to other than you all educated people who always trying to put someone down all because the person is born in a diffrent family than you are.

Come on!!!!!!!! Grow up you all are better than that , it is time for all of us to unite and just be Nepali but nothing less than that. It is time for us to change nepal, If we cannot do any better at least we should not aruge about the race, caste etc..

Everyone is human being and we all have good and bad stuffs. None of us is perfect we are human not divine.

It is ok to pointout bad things that our political leadersor whoever to but do we have to include their jaat?? why can't we can just be disagree with the person instead of mixing all his jaati with him. Not all bahun , chetri, waishya or shudra are good or bad they are just normal humans just like rest of the world.

I am sick of hearing all the jaati-paati ko kura and it is really hurts me to hear such things when very educated people in the sajha talk about it. There is already so much hate among our people in Nepal and everyday we hear mostly bad news which makes us even sad so, why create hate in sajha land!!!!!!!!

Please do not take it personally, I am not aiming anyone here and it is not my intention to upset anyone.

Peace & Love to you all!!!!!!!!!!!

Dalli Resham.

whats most necessary for us now is self-realization rather than just making a sour mouth with the other one. bahuns have ruined tne nation-this is what the janajatis and others are cryiny of.
and i partially agree on it.the beurocracy is on bahuns' hands and we've seen more than ample cases of corruptions and scandals . but its not the bahuns only .there are some newars and dhotis also. bahuns and chettris are doing what anyone must do to survive.
when the gurungs ,magars, rais and limbus are heading abroad for a lufty salary and newars are busy making cross-boarder business then its the bahuns and chhetris to run the nation.the so called dalits are still no ready to hande with all sorts of official choirs anyway and the thakuris are already in the administration.
so if gurung, magar, rai ,limbus newars and others had also any intrest in thenation then they would also have come forward to run the nation.every one has that right.

kindly point out these walls so that i may then learn to distinguish between you and i

To all those who do not know what is racism. Here is the definition of racism When you take a person/persons and apply that to the whole society/race it becomes racism . (Taken from - http://sajha.com/sajha/html/openThread.cfm?forum=2&ThreadID=28190.)

Here is the definition from dictionary.com racism: Discrimination or prejudice based on race. And prejudice: is " A preconceived preference or idea ".

They all have interest in the nation and that's why they are performing at their level best at prevailing situation for the Country. If you think they are not interested in politics and running the country, and therefore bahuns got involved in running the country... isn't that shows how bahuns failed to the Nation while others are doing fine in other areas of running the country?

The new bahun generation shold now teach their kids not to idolize the old bahuns who spoilt Nepal. Teach your kids the values of Nation, standing behind the principles, not to be two-tongued, be sincere, deplore your bahun seniors who ruined the country.

C'mon it doesn't mean that all the senior bahuns were culprit and unethical and have tongues made of rubber. There were few senior bahuns who walked the path pf principles. Similarly there were few bhrasta newars, rais, limbus, and other races too in the past and present. The reason is they learned dirty tricks from bahuns.

Learner_2,
I am not sure if you do not know or it is a matter of poor communication skills, either way your comments are considered "racist". Here is an example >> ..they learned dirty tricks from bahuns..
If you say anything like this against another race/relegion/culture you will be in big trouble. For example if you say the same thing about white/black you will be facing "hatred" charges in US. Hope now you understand the importance of expressing your feeling towards certain leaders and not directing to the race they belong to.

In Nepal....

If there is Racism, You have Democratic Rights, freedom of speech and expression to raise voice and issues.

It will not be hate..... but use civilize voice and tone.

If you want Democracy....... You have to respect others democratice Rights, too.

Do not forget it...
