Probably planning to look for places to sneak and place bombs into the building. Or else I dont see much reason for taking pics of this "OCTAGON" in this detail.

Sans the windows, the bldg looks like a prison if you ask me (the very first Octagonal Bldg) Yeah, very out of context... who would expect to find a donut in the middle of the rice fields? but again I've never been to the site. INTERESTING!

well the latest is.........married bipul is in saskatchewan, canada, ARK still hanging aroun ku, bibek re-joined Ku after japnese degree, LALIT RANA ....... well he is settled now....... he is married now.......... no more jaad raksi and fungi taal
A new dean for SOE, new wine in old bottle, a new gate in KU man just in front of dhakal's shop.......... now u can not take your car bike to KU ko dada........ you have to park in the parking lot and start climbing.
