Namaste ! To all the Sajha Members. Being an active guest visitor of this blog, I found out this is a platform where we can get common ground to get some common solution of common problem. So as I already mentioned about my status. I do have a query that might be common query of many of us or it could be of just me. I did travel to India & Thailand for almost 3 months using Nepali Passport. As I was doing some research, we are restricted to use native passport. Instead, we should use travel documents for any foreign trips. Now, I am about to apply for Naturalization. And with all these misleading info ever where I am scared for filing N-400. Any one been through this process? Any past experience? Any legal expert here? Help will be heartly appreciated. Thank You

Never heard it before !

Yeah, i have heard the same thing and i think it is even on the website of USCIS. It states that one needs to apply Refugee Travel document, if you are travelling out of United States. We are not suppose to use Nepali passport. If we use it, it is like seeking protection from that country.

I am not an expert about it. Just sharing what i know.
